The sub-legal acts for the implementation of the decriminalization law
were the focus of a meeting between the US Ambassador, Donald Lu, with a
group of MPs at the Albanian Parliament.
The US Ambassador stayed for 15 minutes in this meeting that comes one day after the harsh debate for the Political Bureau of Investigation.
In this meeting was present Oerd Bylykbashi from the DP, Taulant Balla from the SP, Luan Rama from the SMI. They said there is a good cooperation for a quick implementation of the law.
Bylykbashi said that it will be concluded within two months, while Luana Rama from the SMI said they were trying to learn from the best experience, to bring a better standard to Albania. Taulant Balla, from the SMI, said that all parts of the law were passed with consensus.
