The Democratic Party MP, Jorida Tabaku, declared that the letter of the European Commission for the National Theater shows that the EU has rejected Rama’s and Fusha’s law.
“As you can see in the letter, it is clear that the government and the municipality have violated the open procurement procedures”, Tabaku said.
“The European Commission is not an institution that can verify if the law is right or not. For this there is a Constitutional Court, which is blocked by the majority so that they can continue with laws like this”, Tabaku said.
