Miklovan Parubi was arrested by the police close to his residence.
Authorities received a tip for his whereabouts, and had offered a
500.000 ALL reward for information.
Authorities surrounded the area until the author of the double murder was caught, near the Dajc village, one day after a poker game ended up with two dead and four wounded.
Relatives of the victims say they are shocked, while police is guarding the house of the suspect for any possible escalation.
