Hillary Clinton hedh poshte idene se “plani tranzicionit” per te transferuar progresivisht pergjegjesine per sigurine e vendit, ushtrise dhe policise afgane, eshte ekuivalent me nje “exit strategy”.
“Ne mbeshtesim planin e tranzicionit te NATO-s, por dua t’i them qarte afganeve, aleateve tane, shtetasve tane dhe ekstremisteve qe shpresojne per nje deshtim tonin: kjo nuk eshte nje exit strategy”, eshte shprehur Clinton.
