Winner of lab concession is chosen, but government refuses to give details

There has been strong opposition to the government’s decision for giving 18 public hospital labs to private operators, through a concession agreement.
However, there has been no information about what happened to it. There is a 800 million ALL financial cost calculated for this concession will be given for a period of 10 years.
This would increase the range of tests that are offered by the public sector. From 96 it would increase to 106.
Top Channel has learned that the winner of the bid was declared, and the agreement for this concession was signed. But there has been no comment from the Health Ministry regarding this matter.
