Ardian Isufi, the convict that a day earlier yesterday left the cells of the Drenova prison after benefiting from the criminal amnesty, was arrested again by the police for a car theft.

The young man from Pogradec was convicted for theft, but after the amnesty for the prisoners, he was released.

But a few minutes after arriving in the city of Korça in southeastern Albania, he committed another theft in the 18th district of the city.

This time his “prey” was a parked Ford Fiesta vehicle (left with the engine on) near the “Raqi Qirinxhi” school, as the owner of the vehicle was near a service unit.

Isufi entered the parked vehicle and quickly left in the direction of Pogradec, as the police lloking for him had no choice but to check the security cameras at the intersection that the young man is thought to have passed, after the vehicle’s owner’s report.

From the inspection of the cameras, the Ford Fiesta type vehicle was spotted passing on the road axis Korçë – Pogradec near the village of Luamalas, then the robber of the vehicle lost all traces, but was arrested later on the way to Tirana.
