A memorial of the Turkish General, Hasan Riza Pasha, placed in the
downtown of Shkoder, has been damaged with the Turkish flag being
completely ripped off and some parts of it broken.
The flag was replaced immediately while the broken part of the monument was left as testimony of the damage.
Police is investigating, but the attack comes on the same time when the Turkish historian, Talha Ugurluel, insulted in Lezhe the National Hero of Albania, Gjergj Kastrioti Skenderbeu, and praised the figure of Hasan Riza Pasha during a visit in Shkoder.
