The real cannabis planters live in urban areas, according to the police.
While the workers who take care of them live in Dukagjin, according to
the Director of Crime Investigation and Prevention, Skender Kalemi.
More than 30.000 plants have been destroyed in the communes of Shala and Shoshi during the past 48 hours.
The police super action started after some monitoring from the air, in cooperation with the Italian authorities. More than 450 agents helped locate and destroy the plants on terrain.
