Rama: Public institutions, gender equality with government decision

The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, held a speech at the forum of
Socialist Women. He said that all public institutions and enterprises
will have equal gender representations in their boards.
“The SP brought more women than the government has ever had in 23 years. Our next initiative is to impose a government law that allows all public and private institutions to have 50% women and 50% men”, Rama said.
He brought the Minister of Education as a success model. Rama said that the Socialist Party is guaranteeing to have more gender equality in the civil service.
