The Prosecutor of Serious Crimes, Sonila Muhametaj, has sued the temporary prosecutor Arta Marku.
She wants to repeal the order that transferred her from the Serious Crimes to the Prosecution of Puka.
Prosecutor Muhametaj insists that the Prosecutor General has went beyond her competences and violated the law for the status of prosecutors.
