Ombudsman reacts for death of 1-month baby

A one month baby has died because of the cold in Durres, Ura e Dajlanit.
The 18-year-old mother of the baby had been living under the bridge for days, after she was divorced.
Police say the lifeless body of the baby is at the Durres regional hospital.
Ombudsman Igli Totozani reacted by saying that this is a really unacceptable event that should never be repeated.
