The former Greek Foreign Minister, Nikos Kotzias, declared that Macron will be the only responsible for any ugly development that might take place in the region after refusing to open the EU accession negotiations.
“With his veto, Macron undermines the Prespa agreement, and then he quotes some negative results of his own undermining as a justification for this decision”, Kotzias declared on social networks.
