The State Inspectorate of Environment and Forests has fined several
hospitals for the way how their waste materials are managed. This time
there were inspections in Korce.
The companies contracted for processing the waste materials were fined with 15 million All for failing to implement the regulation.
The administrator of the company was also reported to the police. The footage published by the Inspectorate are shocking.
Chief Inspector Ergys Agasi said that the Inspectorate will use all of its competences to guarantee a clean and healthy environment.
