Former KLA commander, Haradinaj, may not return to Kosovo until February 13th

Former Kosovo Prime Minister, Ramush Haradinaj, may be held by French authorities until February 13th.

Haradinaj, leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo Party, was taken under police custody in France, due to an arrest order released by Serbia in 2004, who accuse him of war crimes.

Haradinaj has been tried two times in Hague, and both times he was found not guilty.

All Albanian political leaders have asked France to disregard old Serbian arrest orders against former KLA leaders who have been acquitted by the International Court  of Justice in Hague.
