“This is the biggest event, after the declaration of independence”.
Historian Paskal Milo sees the creation of Kosovo’s army as a factor of stability in the region.
“There are no chances about any new armed conflict in the region. It’s just negative noise to diminish Kosovo’s next biggest achievement”, Milo says.
The former President, Bujar Nishani, said that Serbia’s reaction, interfering with the affairs of another country, is not serious.
