The Central Election Commission approved the resignation of Socialist
MP, Arben Ndoka, and replaced him with Eduard Ndocaj, whose name was
listed after Ndrec Deda, already appointed Kurbin Mayor.
The CEC voted Ndocaj’s mandate with four votes in favor and three against. The final verdict is up to the Parliament.
Arben Ndoka left his mandate one month ago, after he was mentioned by the opposition for undergoing the decriminalization process. Although he didn’t admit the accusations, he considered the resignation as a moral act to free his party from the accusations.
