Basha meets Jahjaga: More concrete actions for Albania-Kosovo cooperation

The Democratic Party leader, Lulzim Basha, declared that Albania and
Kosovo need concrete cooperation. He met with the President of Kosovo,
Ahtifete Jahjaga, and declared that the entrepreneurs are still facing
problems in the customs with taxes and fees that keep raising.
Basha said that the steps for enlarging and deepening the cooperation should be functional and practical.
The opposition leader declared that Albania has made steps back with the democratic standards, which is a condition for the European integration, such as free and fair elections.
“The OSCE-ODIHR report for the June 21st elections underlined the huge problematics which makes it impossible for the voters to express their free will through pressure and vote purchase”, Basha declared.
The President of Kosovo valued the support of the DP and Mr.Basha to Kosovo in their efforts for independence and international recognition.
