Horrible footage released one day after three people died in a vicious attack inside hospital room.
Lefter Cenaj, 57, the man who tried to kill a dialysis patient, killed two other women instead and himself, succumbing to injuries one day after, while police was proceeding with his arrest.
The 38-year-old who was attacked by Cenaj is also fighting for his life after receiving severe burns.
Cenaj is seen in the video with the bottle of petrol he used to burn 38-year-old Saraci.
Fire broke in the entire room, killing two other women, Sanije Sulaj, 65, and Anife Mali, 55.
A 34-year-old nurse also was injured.
