US ambassador on justice reform: “Dangerous persons are moving free”

The public consultation for the justice reform has been transferred to
the Ministry of Justice, where the US Ambassador to Tirana, Donald Lu,
said that Albania has the lowest level of criminal prosecution.
“Dangerous persons who have committed crimes are moving freely, such as Arben Frroku, Emiliano Shullazi, Sokol Mjacaj who was released after the first murder. Criminals are those who are scared of the reform”, Lu declared.
The meeting had high-rank experts, Judges, Prosecutors, and criminal justice experts.
