The vote counting process at Zonal Election Commission (ZEC) at
Municipal Unit 10 in Tirana has stopped after tension between vote
counters in the room.

According to Top Channel, the Socialist Party has asked the replacement of two of their vote counters in this ZEC.

Despite this decision by the Socialist Party, the Democratic Party (DP) representatives and those of Socialist Movement for Integration (SMI) have continued to count.

This obliged the head of this ZEC to stop the counting process, brining harsh reactions from SMI and DP representatives, who asked to continue the vote count.

ZEC of MU 10 has two inspectors from the Central Election Commission.
