Socialist Party member of the Central Election Commission declared
during the meeting that this institution has deformed the draft-act of
these elections.
“This draft-act is special, and I hope that draft-acts quality improves. Because this draft-act is legally deformed and with contradictions on the way it treats problems”, Subashi declared.
According to her, the purpose of this deformation was the change of results for Tirana, against the law and Election Code.
“It is an illegal action that aims to change the result. Is an action that has been undertaken only by one party, without following any law or procedural order”, Subashi declared.
