Rama decorates officers who exchanged fire with Fier robbers, leaving one dead

Rama said that the five officers were the last hope of the old couple that was being robbed.

“A government can raise salaries, pass laws for increasing professionalism, but at the end of the day, it is the bravery of those who are part of this daily battle that makes the difference. We saw this in France, but we are seeing it in Albania every day. Giving the gratitude medal to some of you is a modest gesture, but these are family men who are ready to deny themselves for the common people of this country”, Rama declared.
