Property legalization fees are paying expropriated owners

The Head of the Agency for Legalization and Inspection of Urban Zones and Constructions, Artan Lame, said that the legalization fees will be used to pay the owners that have been expropriated by this process.
Lame says that 460 former owners were compensated from May to December, and 2290 former owners from January to August.
The offices of the agency are receiving people declaring their properties and legalizing their homes.
Lame
said that so far they have legalized 37.000 objects. The
auto-declarations will continue until September 30th, focusing on
emigrants who return to their families during summer.
