The Institution of the Albanian President is expected to give an
official reaction today about the three Constitutional Court mandates
that were rejected by the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group, marking
the first time that the Parliament rejects a presidential decree.
Sources near the Precedency say that the legal argument for this issue will be given today, a few days after the Parliament took this decision.
The relations between the Parliament and the President have always been followed by controversy about the decrees for Supreme and Constitutional Court candidacies.
