More than 30 homes have been flooded by the river in Murriqan.
While the water level is dropping, leaving damaged roads and bridges behind, and isolated communities, residents are now counting their losses.
The National Road between Elbasan and Librazhd was damaged in the Xibraka village, and specialists say another flood like this would damage the road even further.
MP Taulant Balla, the Prefect of the District and specialists visited the site for a closer look to the situation, and blamed a company that built an optic fiber in this road five years ago, by damaging the road.
