EU goes against Italy’s agreement with Albania for Eritrean immigrants

It seems that it will be hard for Italy to realize its agreement with Albania, which consists of Tirana taking 20 immigrants from Eritrea.
The EU reacted, saying that the internal laws of the EU, and the international ones, do not allow such an agreement to take place.
The only way for the 20 emigrants to leave Italy for Albania will be if they decide on their own will.
Otherwise, the Union will not send them to a third country without first reviewing their asylum request.
