DP and SMI divided for Diber

After some debates between the Socialist Party and the Socialist
Movement for Integration at the Municipal Council of Peshkopia, the
colder relation between the allies was seen even in the meeting of the
Diber District Council. Specifically, abut the selection of the leader
of this district for the next four years.
17 councilors of the Municipal Councils in Burrel, Klos, Bulqize, elected Hajri Laci of the SMI as Chairman with 10 votes. The Socialist Qazim Gjoni received only 7 votes. The Democratic Party candidate received no votes.
The unification of the votes between the SMI and the DP made it possible to elect the vice chairman of the Fier District Council, Fehmi Hoxha, from the DP, who received 10 votes against 7 of Qemal Cenaj.
