In the first segment where will pass the New Road Ring for Tirana, the
Constrcution Inspectorate is continuing the action for the demolition of
all constructions where this segment will transverse.
While the bulldozers will destroy a total of 45 objects, which have been constructed with all permissions, the owners say that they have not been compensated by the state and that their wealth of many years has been assessed with a very cheap price by the government.
The owners declared that the state compensation is very cheap, not close at all to the real market value of these objects.
The residents demanded the state to compensate them with the real value, and to leave more time to move from their houses and find another accommodation.
