Berisha: Opposition to vote laws in Parliament

Prime Minister Sali Berisha declared that the process of counting every
vote is the basic principle of an election system in any democracy. He
also emphasized that the decision of the Electoral College honored the
Constitution and the universal principle of reading each vote.
“Albanian judges, same as the international ones, respected the Constitution of this country and the principle of counting every vote, because not a single ballot should be excluded from the counting process”, Berisha declared in today’s meeting of the Integration Committee.
The Head of the Government declared that every procedure has been within the Albanian laws. He invited the opposition to participate in the important decisions of the country and to not block the integration processes.
“The final political test is also testing the functionality of rule of law”, Berisha declared.
