The Shkoder Police has arrested 21foreign clandestine who were trying to
enter Montenegro. Official sources say there were found inside a van
without the driver around.
The van had stopped at the Plezhe Overpass. Police searched the van and found the clandestine.
The documents of the vehicle showed the van was bought by Kastriot Gurraj, 38. He was arrested by the police for illegal border crossing.
