Tirana Mayor, Erion Veliaj, accompanied by Socialist MP Ervin Bushati,
inspected the works at the Siri Kodra school, guaranteeing that
everything will be ready in September for receiving around 600 students.
“I am very happy that at least in one Tirana Municipal Unit we rebuilt all education institutions, from kindergartens to schools. The Red School reconstruction is also about to be completed. We are going to work hard during the entire August, without interruption, so that all construction sites are closed by the first days of September”, Veliaj said.
Veliaj said that the “Siri Kodra” school had been lacking investments for 20 years. Now it will have all materials and comfortable teaching conditions.
The project also guarantees installing a heating system in the school, to face cold weather in winter, as it happened last year.
