US Senators meet Iranian opposition in Tirana

A delegation of US Senators traveled to Tirana these days, to meet with
the leader of the Iranian Opposition residing in Albania, Mayram Rajavi,
who leads the National Council of Resistance.
Washington post says in a detailed article that the US senators Roy Blunt, John Cornyn and Thom Tillis have met with members of the Iranian mujahedeens in Tirana, who congratulated them for the safe transfer out of Iraq, and wished them success in their battle for democracy and human rights in Iran.
Opposition leader Rajavi expressed her gratitude to the USA for protecting thousands of opposition members, and for granting them safe transfer to Albania.
Calling Teheran part of the problem for the destabilization in Iraq, years ago Blunt joint the efforts to realize their safe transfer from the Freedom Camp in Bagdad, to Albania and other European countries.
