Fourth round for appointing new President was consumed today

Third round for electing the President of Albania was consumed today. It requested 3/5th of the vots.
The fourth round will be consumed this Friday. According to the Constitution, in this round there will be a simple majority.
However, the majority doesn’t have a name for the next President.
“Mr.Parliament Speaker, it is up to you, as a mediator, to decide, but we have no more time to wait, and we already have 71 votes even without the Socialist movement for Integration. We hope we will not be forced to violate the moral of this political force”, Ruci said.
