US Ambassador appeals youth who study in USA to return and contribute in Albania

The US Ambassador, Donald Lu, preferred to avoid comments about the tent
raised in front of the Prime Minister’s Office by the opposition,
although recently he has increased his consultation meetings with the
leaders of the country, and also with the rapporteur for Albania, Knut
Fleckenstein.
In a meeting with high-school graduates, Ambassador Lu was wearing the uniform of the well known US Princeton college, where he attended eight years of studies.
In an interview for Top Channel, the US Ambassador invited high-school graduates to study in the USA and then return to Albania, to help change their country.
“We give Albanian high-school graduates the chance to study in the USA, not only in English language. Albanians are successful, they speak several foreign languages. This makes them even more special”, said the US Ambassador.
But what is his message for the Albanian youth?
The Ambassador trusts that Albanians who study in US colleges will return to their country and contribute for the Albanian society.
The Foreign Minister, Ditmir Bushati, said that they should be patriotic and idealistic with the knowledge received abroad, and use it for our country.
