Cold weather takes other victims this Wednesday. A 38-year-old was found
dead in Pogradec, probably from natural causes. Anastas Shuka, who
lived alone, was found dead by some relatives.
The 38-year-old suffered from schizophrenia and he lived alone, after both his parents had died. He was found dead by relatives in a room without heating, which has raised suspicions that the could might have caused his death.
Another victim was verified in Durres. A 68-year-old woman who lived alone was found dead in her home. She suffered from a chronic disease.
