PM Rama: “Shame for EU that Kosovo citizens have visa regime”

The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, said it is a shame for the EU that Kosovo citizens cannot move visa-free through Europe.
The Prime Minister made this declaration during the Final Year’s meeting with diplomats, organized at the Prime Minister’s office.
“It is a shame for the EU that the citizens of Kosovo cannot travel freely around Europe. They have not been allowed to be same as others with their rights to travel. This shows the weakeness that is seen today in the EU, Kosovo, in the meantime, needs to be treated with humanity. Kosovo is key to the EU security”, Rama declared.
The Prime Minister also mentioned the relations with the neighboring countries, saying that Albanians want to build a future with our neighbors, because what unites us is bigger than what divides us.
