Rama: “Who doesn’t vote justice reform, will suffer in elections”

The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, said that whoever doesn’t approve
the justice reform, will be punished by the people in the elections.
“Everyone will vote it. You will all come to vote it, together with the
National Bureau of Investigation, and you will pretend you never said
what you have said so far”, Rama said.

After underlining that the Bureau was part of the Socialist Party program before they won the elections, Rama admitted the existence of a draft on which they all had agreed, but that will now be part of the justice reform.

“We did our part with the reform, but we know there is a process that cannot be avoided. We cannot do anything now and see just a few weeks later that it was rushed. The document you agreed on is made available to the reform commission”, Rama explained.
