The Independent Commission for Qualification gave “red card” to the Constitutional Court Judge, Fatos Lulo, “guardian” of the Constitution since 2013.

The decision is considered a first instance which needs to be verified by the Special College of Appeals before it enters into effect. The arguments for this decision have not been made public yet.

Fatos Lulowas represented by his lawyer in the sessions, Ardian Visha, who considered the decision unfair and a poor move.

The High Inspectorate of Declaration and Audit of Assets found that Lulo had made an incorrect declaration of assets, including 100,000 donated by his sister and a 480,000 $CAD taken for a house in Canada.

But the lawyer claims that the debt has been returned, while the HIDAA insist that Judge Lulo has not paid taxes for the pats 10 years.

The International Monitoring Operation observer couldn’t make questions to Lulo, since he has not been present in the sessions, but was represented by his lawyer.
