Vangjush Dako summoned for questioning at the Prosecution of Serious Crimes

The Mayor of Durres, Vangjush Dako, was summoned at the Prosecution of Serious Crimes to be questioned about “Case 339”, regarding suspicions about vote purchases in 2017.

Sources said for Top Channel said that Dako was questioned this Thursday, together with other local leaders. But, according to Prosecutor Arta Marku, there are 700 CD-s of surveillance tapes that have not been heard yet.

The investigations are focused on several cases, from drug traffic to electoral matters. The surveillance has involved many judges and prosecutors as well. Dako was questioned as a person who could have information.
