Hasan Ugur, a Turkish citizen, unlicensed and without a university diploma, was working as a dentist in Kukes.
He had rented a private clinic, which the Health Inspectorate had closed several months ago.
A complaint arrived at Top Channel’s “Fiks Fare” investigative satiric show about the case.
Journalists filmed the fake dentist and called the inspectorate, which say that they had closed the subjects six months ago.
After seeing that he kept working inside the clinic, behind closed door, they were able to call the Economic Crime: “We can no longer enter there, because now it is up to the Prosecution”, the inspectorate says.
