Transparency International, Albania loses points with corruption level

Transparency International has published the corruption index for 2017, with Albania listed 91st, with 38 points, sharing the same spot with Bosnia Herzegovina and leaving behind only Macedonia, as regards Balkan.

Kosovo has improved, from the 95th spot for 2016, with 36 points, to 85th in 2017, with 39 points.

The situation has deteriorated in general in Eastern and Southeastern Europe, especially with Poland and Romania.

On top of the list are New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Switzerland.
