The Tirana International Film Festival 2018 is the most important cinematographic event in Albania. It will start this November 2nd with premieres from important films from the cinematographic market.
But there is also good news: “We have the opportunity to qualify the Best Short winner for the Oscar. This is what puts TIFF to another level, compared to other festivals in the region”, said Agron Domi, Director of the Film Festival.
The International Selection Committee has suggested 128 films for the competition, but also special screenings such as “Don’t Worry, He Won’t Get Far on Foot”, Gus Van Sant, “Suspiria”, Luca Guadagnino, “The House That Jack Built” from Lars von Trier.
