SP: Manipulation scheme with invalid votes

The Socialist Deputy, Erion Braçe, denounced a manipulation scheme that,
according to him, aims to create a large number of invalid ballot
papers.
He accused the Prime Minister Sali Berisha, the candidate of Alliance for the Citizen, Lulzim Basha, and the head of the Central Election Commission, Arben Ristani of trying to manipulate the process.
“When the vote counting process, although extremely slowly, is going towards the end, we are noticing a clear manipulation scheme that aims to create as many invalid ballot papers as possible, from the boxes where the Albanians have expressed their will. This manipulative scheme has been ordered by Sali Berisha and his losing candidate, and also by Arben Ristani”, Braçe declared.
“Arben Ristani, this official who is endangering the Albanian local elections, and who is still responsible for the 2009 elections, is implementing a strategy for the invalid ballot papers. This is a problem that is endangering the election process in Tirana and all over Albania”, said the Socialist deputy.
