After Lulzim Basha’s declaration for counting the votes that were
mistakenly inserted in the wrong ballot boxes, the Socialist Party
reacted by saying that Lulzim Basha, who lost the Tirana elections in
front of all Albanians, now is behaving like the Prime Minister Berisha.
The losing candidate, according to the Socialist Party, is demanding victory from the Chairman of the Central Election Commission through illegal decisions.
“The loser of May 8th elections, the responsible for January 21st, for the theft of the funds of “Road of the Nation”, for selling the Albanian sea territory to Greece, has just declared the illegal will of Sali Berisha for stealing Edi Rama’s victory on the table of Arben Ristani. By infringing the law, Basha showed another time that he is in fact Berisha, and Berisha is showing another time that he doesn’t respect the freedom and the rights of the Albanian citizens. But Berisha must forget of stealing our victory on CEC tables. He must abandon this adventure will incalculable consequences for our country’s stability. CEC must simply announce the result”, declared the Socialist Deputy Mimi Kodheli.
