Prosecutor Besa Nikehasani, member of the Shkoder Prosecution of Appeal, learned today that she didn’t pass the Vetting Law, for not being able to justify her assets.
After the decision, the Shkoder Prosecutor clapped her hands in irony and told journalists that she will challenge the decision, since she was the one to request her vetting.
“I have been in favor of Vetting so that we wouldn’t be ashamed of our work. I have declared my salary and the land of my husband in Rila”, she said.
“I have never been corrupted. I challenge everyone to find a case in which I have violated the rules”, Besa Nikehasani said.
