The Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, said that 2020 will be the year of reconstruction, after the November 26th earthquake disaster.
“We are going to build one new neighborhood in Tirana, one in Laç and three in Tirana”, Rama said.
According to the Prime Minister, the massive operation for recovering from the earthquake damage doesn’t affect the budget parameters,
