The Court of Serious Crimes has suspended the case against Agron Xhafaj for lack of evidence.
The case in question has no connection with the audio-surveillance published by Albert Veliu, also known as Babale, but it is about some other accusations about his involvement with the drug traffic.
The Prosecution said that the surveillance made public by Albert Veliu was conclusively considered as false reporting.
