Illegal constructions are causing also tragic events in Saranda. The
conflict between two owners of two construction companies, fighting over several stores of a building that have been built without the permission of
the municipality, has escalated in violence.
As consequence, the citizen Albert Arap Murtaj, 31 year old, has threatened the citizen Sinan Mata, owner of another construction company.
The 31-year-old was arrested by the police for shooting with fire arms against the construction site, accidentally wounding two municipality employees.
