President Meta appoints Barbullushi as Albania’s Ambassador to Spain

The Albanian President, Ilir Meta, decreed the appointing of Gazmend Barbullushi as ambassador in the Kingdom of Spain, as resident; and also for Morocco, Mauritania and Andorra, as non-resident.
The presidential decree was signed today by Meta, appointing this way Barbullshi as the plenipotentiary ambassador of Albania in these countries.
