The President of Albania, Ilir Meta, appealed political parties to take serious steps for constituting the new institutions so that the Judiciary Reform can enter into effect.
The President attended the conference “Efficiency of Judiciary Procedures in Albanian Administrative Courts and the Impact of the Judiciary Reform”.
“I appeal political forces, the Parliament, civil society and all members of the judiciary system to take transparent and concrete steps, following the precious advise of the Venice Commission, and turn the judiciary reform to reality. Every delay damages the public’s interests, the functionality of courts and the reform itself”, Meta said.
